Your grant

A final report and project accounts should be made in accordance with the resolutions that you will find on this page. This is also sent out along with the grant letter.

Disbursement of grants

Grants are paid out in two or three instalments, depending on the amount of the grant. The last instalment of 15% is paid out when the Fund has approved the final report and the project´s accounts. (Read more - "Requisition of grants".)

Changes to the project

Note that your application is a contract between you and the Fund. For this reason, the Fund must be informed of changes in the project. The Fund must approve significant changes in advance. A revised/current budget and funding plan must be sent together with the requisition.

Special terms

The board may attach special terms and conditions to the grant, these will be contained in the letter of grant. These special terms and conditions are binding.

The 2-year rule
A grant shall be turned to account within two calendar years following the year of granting. The Fund must approve any changes in the time schedule in advance.

Final report

The project report shall state whether the project was carried out according to the plans and what the most important results have been.

Accounts

The project accounts must account for how the Fund's money was used and the total income and expenses of the project. The financial statement shall be drawn up beside the budget in the application. Note that the financial accounts must be signed by a chartered accountant, in case the grant exceeds 50 000 Danish kroner.

Repayment

If it appears from the report that the project was carried out with significant deviations from the application, which have not been approved in advance, the Fund may demand repayment of all or part of the grant. Also, should the accounts show a profit, the Fund reserves the right to deduct such profits from the residual grant.
