Before you start
Before you start filling out your application, we recommend that you write a description of your project, an information plan as well as a budget, in separate documents. These documents must be attached to the web application. You will benefit from being well prepared, before starting on the actual application.

Working on the web application
The web application does not have to be completed in one sitting. You may save your application and log in at a later point in time.

As the web application is available online, more than one person may work on the application. You may, for instance, ask your partner to read or fill out parts of the application – all he or she needs, is your user name and password.

Documentation
You may attach documentation to your web application as doc, xls, pdf, tif, and rtf files. Further documentation, such as printed material, CDs, or videos may be sent by regular post.
